There is no where on here within a 7 mile radius of me  I'm convinced....

I work out at Flathead Health and Fitness too, but mostly KALISPELL ATHLETIC CLUB.. i love the small homey feel :P

Nice, kac definitely has that homey/old school feel to it, but the only thing i didn't like about it was the lack of parking. Does it still have that dungeon like weight room downstairs?

True, but you seem pretty dedicated to what your doing, keep it up by the way. An interesting thing that i have noted, is that those that are only at a certain gym because they like the aesthetics, social atmosphere and etc, always seem to not reach any or most of their goals. But those that could care less somewhat, seem to achieve there goals.

The griz had one heckuva comeback this last weekend. They were down 48-27, ended up winning 61-48. They even made sportcenter.
Don't hang on too long millerbrendan, it's going to be a long time for the cats.
