You younger brahs that are still at home: most of your families cook/eat healthy?
My family doesnt eat absolute garbage 100% of the time but are probably hooked on eating/ cooking garbage about 50-60% of time. Had to get in shape on my own once I got older. Was already way over wieght by 7-8 years old.
How do most of you brahs families eat/cook?

half half..the cooking is mostly nutritious but somes theres too much fat in it.

They eat horrible but I don't care because I'm bulking and have a fast metabolism.
