Interferring with Chest gains or no?
Will doing maybe about 10-40 half push-ups stall my chest gains or triceps gains? Because in basketball we sometimes do them, and in gym class we sometimes do them. 5 days a week. I cheat, because I don't want to interfere with anything, but is this okay or will my chest not see any gains since it's not totally resting?

Nope, it will only help... unless your sore from a chest workout, its not that many reps to actually workout the chest that well anyways =) good luck

It won't be a problem, a pushup doesn't tax your body like a heavy bench press.
I wouldn't expect to gain anything (except become better at pushups) from them, but you certainly won't lose anything if you do a few on your off days.

No worries man. It'll be a long time before your reps even do anything...

I think it'll only help because by doing pushups you are forcing blood into the muscle, creating a pump and speeding up the removal of the lactic acid and increasing delivery of much needed nutrients. As long as you don't do it to the point that your chest is really, really worked out then you should see gains.
