As someone said, guys, especially sensitive and intelligent ones can start off so idealistic about women in their youth, but just one bad incident like this can change their entire attitude towards women and dating forever.

She taught you a great lesson and hopefully you learned it. I wouldnt mess with her friends or anyone near her and I wouldnt work out to make her want me thats very low value. Just do what you want.
