Not feeling it so much in incline
i just benched 95lbs incline and i didnt feel it too much, why is that? i tried and flex my muscles and i heard about arching ur back but idk if thats a good way to bench.
Also, wuts the diff. between a power lifter and bodybuilder? they train different like power liters arch thier back wen they bench i think, but all i wanna do is gain mass so yea... idk if im a body or power lifter, i jsut want mass lol

Powerlifter - compete to lift the most weight in the squat, bench, and deadlift. they compete in meets where they try to lift the heaviest weight possible in a single rep of those 3 lifts
bodybuilder - want to gain muscle mass, be as shredded as possible, etc. compete in shows and are graded based on how good they look
by your description, you are more interested in bodybuilding.

I never really FEEL incline, even though I go to failure on it (12-15) for four full sets, full ROM. The next day I do get upper chest DOMS though.

Yea.. same here.. I never feel a huge pump in my chest, unless i do flies or something. But the next day i definitely feel it in my chest.
OP- how wide are your hands? sure you arent too close and using your tris, or using you front delts?

Use dumbbells. Your chest will feel it.

Focus on pushing the bar with your chest.

try a wider grip. i wouldnt arch my back too much. also try bringing the bar down to your nipple line and see if that helps. if its still not working then try dumbbells instead but instead of flaring out your elbows bring them in just slightly. this will take off some stress on your front delts and hit the chest more directly.

its just the lactic acid in your muscles the next day. it should pass in a couple of days. in bodybuilding you will always have at least one body part sore lol
