GSparky's Mission to DI College Football
GOALS
Short term-Bulk up to 170. Then cut to 155. Then clean bulk till next season. At the same time increasing all my lifts, and getting faster.
Long term- Pack on as much strength+size as possible. All for my goal of playing DI Football in college.

Finally back from the ban!
Updates
So the season finally ended. We ended up going 11-1. Lost our 2nd playoff game terribly. Was a sad sight to see. But now it's time to start hitting the weights again. I'm lifting 3-4 days a week, just maintaining until Nov. 30th when I'll start hitting it hard again on a new routine.
Turning beast mode on;; time to get swole.
