15 Month transformation, time to get ripped
So, what seems like so long ago, I was a fat waste of life. I did nothing but watch tv and play video games, while stuffing my face with everything from chinese food to devil dogs. When I broke up with my now ex girlfriend, I got a wake up call and started eating better and working out 5 days a week. Every now and then I would end up splurging and eating junk food or drinking my face off at a party, but now I've began to keep it under control and have devoted myself to making an even better transformation in the coming months.

my chest has grown exponentially since I've lost a lot of weight, but I've still been trying to put mass on it. it's my number one priority as of right now

That took 15 months? I've seen better results from people that did P90X and that's only three months. Your doing something wrong.

lol says the man in red
losing 18% bf in 15 months without being super strict is good enough for me.

Great Job. Not everyone realizes that there is no necessary to go as fast as possible - and that everyone's bodies are different and thus some have bodies better built for building up mass/losing fat.

Definitely a good job bro, but you coulda cut a lot quicker then started bulking back up. Seems like you stretched it out a bit longer than needed but nonetheless good work.

so what was you deit like? and were you very strict?
and what was your workout out like? strict?
I got similar stats as you. Im 5'10"" and started out at 235 and in about 4.5 months i dropped down to 205. But I still have a huge pot belly in the mid-section. I could be loose skin or more fat. I can see some ab defintions there and Im just wondering how you lost that gut.
