liberterian ftw. Same thing with weed. No matter what you all think, it can be used responsibly and legalizing, not decriminalizing it would be better for alot of things. They should legalize steroids too for people with proper identification and are over 25. They could make the warnings really powerfull, and there would probably be even less young or irresponsible people buying them.

ESPECIALLY if you are one of these states, email the hell out of your senators and present our argument. Let them know that failure to stand up for our rights is a betrayal of their oath, and will result in loss of MANY votes.

Election year coming up, folks.
I wrote Senator Sessions and he actually responded to me. For what it's worth, here's a quote from the letter I received:

"I believe that Congress should ensure that improper substances are banned and properly inform itself for this purpose. However, I agree that there are more effective approaches to dealing with this issue than Congressional hearings. It makes little sense for Congress to spend its time investigating particular cases or policing the professional sports leagues, who properly bear the responsibility for regulating use of performance-enhancing substances among their athletes."

Therein lies the rub, and the justification these guy use to overstep their moral authority. What and why do they consider "improper"?
