I didnt mean to ruffle anyone's feathers the wrong way. My wife didn't know what was going on, she took it offensive so I did what I believe any man would do. Step up and protect his family So Alec, I do apologize..You offer alot to the forums with a ton of positive information whether it be with Gaspari or just helping members. I shouldn't have attacked you in the sense that I did but I felt backed against a wall. I don't have much of an impact on the boards as most people do so I went straight on the attack instead of seeking the real meaning behind the message. I tip my hat to you and anyone else that didnt get abrasive from the jump. I threw out personal attacks that shouldnt have been thrown. I woulda just PMed you my apology Alec but I believe I attacked you and your character in the open in public and you deserve the apology publicly. Again sorry and carry on with the weight loss!

FANTASTIC FALL CONTEST

Things have been going good,Im happy with my progress so far, weighed myself the other day and finally reached the 2kg mark which may not sound like much but its significant to me as Ive kept my bf down so I know its muscle going on not fat and if I can break the 4kg mark by the end of this comp I'll be really stoked, motivations still massive, I walked into the gym yesterday, leg day, the most gut wrenching day, thinking it would be nice to just do some arms, or abs, or chest, my fav days, but pushed through my workout and walked..wait crawled out of the gym feelin good. Hope everyones going as good as I am and trying to enjoy whats not so much a chore anymore but hopefully an ongoing lifestyle.

So although my carbs were not very high to begin with (roughly 150-200 grams per day) tomorrow we go keto till the end.
Meal 1-6 whole eggs and turkey bacon (optional)
Meal 2- 2 scoops whey w/ mac nut oil
*** thank god for XF Choc Mint love that stuff!
Meal 3- Chicken or Ground Turkey with 1/3 cup almonds
Meal 4-2 scoop whey w/ mac nut oil
Meal 5- Lean Beef or Salmon w/ green beans
Meal 6-4-6 eggs or 2 scoops whey/casein blend
Weight training will stay at 2 on/1 off (Push/Pull) Cardio will be every day, twice a day. Can't wait...........NOT

Oh trust me I've been serious from the start. Anticipated major transformation from the participants and that is what we are seeing.
Just time to kick it into a higher gear and see how much suffering (relatively speaking) one can endure. I use something in life I call the "mirror test".
At the end of the day-Don't want to stand in front of a mirror and be able to say I could have done more, I could have worked harder, etc

I use to go with this mirror test with my gians until I ended up having to lose 40 lbs to diet back down for my shows and my eyes "imagined" myself looking a lot leaner in the mirror than I really was looking at the pics now LOL.

nice...I get that sometimes...one side has more Doms than the other. Stretch the glutes, hams and back...it will get STRONG
Feeling better today...Ready to go kill those legs tonight...I have to do legs on Friday cause the Doms are so bad that I cant walk well at all til Monday morning and wouldnt be able to work the next day LOL. I tried Legs on Wednesday once and went to work, Squats got me to where I couldnt sit just had to fall into the seat, and calf raises I couldnt walk flat footed and had to tip toe every where, everyone got a laugh out of it. One thing tho was every one that was laughing at me for lifting and walking weird is about 350 lbs and dont walk they just kinda waddle.

Wow looks like your doing good with the diet.
The diet I have tried following said 5 eggs for breakfast and I tried it and started putting on some body fat so I had to cut down to 2 eggs for breakfast. I usually alternate between he eggs or oats and protein every week and it seems to work. Maybe one of theese days I will be able to keep up with the big boys and get in all 5 or 6 eggs. For right now this week is mainly chicken, tuna, oats, and a ton of green veggies.

IMPORTANT: You must post at LEAST once a week, if you miss 2 weeks of posting you will be disqualified from the competition. I will be keeping track of who has posted.
Also... When you're posting try to be as active as you can. Posts like "posting" once a week won't cut it this time. Be active, participate, and motivate. Coming in and saying, "here is my post for this week" does absolutely NOTHING for your fellow competitors.

I agree! My low-carb brain stopped at least 6 times at work today
Saturday = Refeed = HAPPY HEIDI!!
I have been following CKD religiously. Now I carb up HARD!! 800 grams carbs in one day, and tiny 4500 Kcals! Tomorrow I step back and eat only 2500 - 3000 Kcal.
I gain muscle with CKD !!
When I go low carb I get bad anxiety, and difficulties in social situations. But I don't care, I really want to follow this dieting style, it seems to be working really well. Weight stays the same but bodyfat gets lower 0.5%-unit per week.
