You'd be good to compete now. Most smaller shows don't have crazy numbers for deadlifts, or anything raw. Of course a crazy lifter might just show up, but who cares?

had a little throbbing in my bicep this morning.
I am pretty sure that this is my first run in with overtraining of any single muscle. So I think isos are out of the question for a while. The thing is, my biceps are never really getting "rest".
Let me explain, If I work my biceps on Monday, then the rest of the weak I am lifting 45 lb plates for squats, Leg Press, bench (decline, incline, regular), deadlifts etc.all week mostly with my biceps so they never go a day without getting worked. On the other hand, if I wait untilt he end of the week to do biceps then I am still sore from lifting all of the 45lbs plates all week. Either way I think I am doing to much with them.
Any tips? U brahs think I shoudl quit the isos for a month or so?

I don't see how that would be overtraining your biceps. Every lifter in history has done the exact same thing. Maybe you just have an injury, or slept on it weird.

i wouldn't entirely quit the iso's necessarily. i would do band curls if you can. if it's still giving you trouble you just want to force blood into the bicep, not really work it out persay.
but it might be worth not working them for a week. do you do any other lifts the use them? any upper body pull will utilize them. if so don't iso.

I might have injured it then as I have never had an issue with it before. Maybe I have some tendonitis as well, who knows. I am going to leave the isos alone for a while just to be safe.

Started my bulk on tuesday and ate 56 wings at Quaker Steak and Lube because it was $11.99 all you can eat wings....Didn't get my workout in yesterday because my stomach was still upset from all those wings FAIL.
I'm probably going to keep this bulk in between clean and dirty, give it a nice balance of both ya know.

Took my LPN Licensure test this morning crew! Stayed in a hotel last night and took it at 8am. Ate dirty, the last 24 hrs. Chipotle, Thin Crust Pizza, 5 Guys Burger/Fries.
Feels Good Man!
I feek like I took a mac truck off my back, and had a solid Shoulder/Trap workout today as a result.

215 when I got on the plane for Las Vegas. Definitely curious to see how much I'm going to way once I get back to the east coast. Las Vegas buffets are legit.

You came to the right place!
Do you do any sports or have any specific goals in mind? I've found out that setting goals has helped me more before. Of course I usually wrote down most of my routines and was serious about my training but writing stuff down helps.

I went heavy yes, but no more than ~87% of my 1RM. I did 4 sets of 3.
The chains were 30lbs each and the resistance increased the more I approached lockout on the deadlift.
280x3
368x3
412x3
456x3
I was using kilo weights. I might try bands next time because the chains were getting in the way sometimes so I had to re-position them a few times. Good stuff though.
Also did some good mornings after.
