back plateau

hey everyone,my back has has been lagging mainly in the lower higher back.I've been trying numerous workout plans but have had no luck.here is a sample of my workout.let me know what you think and what I should change.

lat pulldowns. sets reps weight
5 10 175

barbell bent-over rows set reps weight
4 12 120

dumbell one arm rows sets reps weight
5 15 65

romanian deadlift sets reps weight
5 10 225

pull ups sets reps weight
4 8 bodywht

high pull machine sets reps weight
5 12 175
low pull machine sets reps weight
5 12 185

If this is what you're doing at the minute and it's not working, then it's simple- change it!! Change your set/ rep scheme, do different exercises, turn the whole routine on it's ass. No use flogging a dead horse and continuing with the same thing if it hasn't been doing anything for you
