BCAA? Xtend?

I am pretty happy with my progression in the gym and my physique, but I am trying to bulk a little this winter. My diet is good and clean and I take a post-workout protein shake (80% whey/20% casein). I was wondering what a product like Xtend or some other amino acid product would do for me. Is it worth a try because they are pretty expensive. And has anyone tried a product like Xtend before? If so, how were your results with it? Thanks.

Xtend is excellent. I recommend searching around in the supplement section of this forum for some more answers to your questions.

But Xtend is an excellent start. It's been around for years now and it's results are scientifically backed. So it's worth the price in my opinion.

xtend mixed with gatorade during a workout is a godsend if you don't mind the taste of certain flavour combos.

The Scientific Study done on Xtend was used during a bulking situation. At just 4 scoops of Xtend taken during workout the subject experienced significant gains during the study period.

I've rocked out Grape Xtend with the Grape Flavored Gatorade - that's an awesome combo!

Plus, if you use the 4 scoops dosage that our study was based off of, a 30 serving tub:

At 4 workouts per week will last close to 4 weeks!
