What's up INDIANA..........Its been awhile, how has everyone been? I've been extremely busy with work and school, but getting the workouts in as much as possible. Making some great gains and very happy with it. Hope everyone is doing the same.

right on, yeah I had second thoughts about leaving Ceraland because it was so cheap and effective, but a lot further away than total fitness. Yeah Mark is a stand up guy and frickin huge! Probably the best at what he does...pushes you really hard if he knows you're serious about it!

Some of us have lives Ace  I started a new job, and am halfway done with EMT class. I'm trying to get my routine and diet down solid for the winter bulk which I desperately need

This is my last free weekend, I am gonna take the boy outdoors quite a bit this weekend. The wife has H1N1 but is almsot better, so she still has to stay home. Gotta love the warm spells like this. Makes the fish bite.

hi fellow Indiana people!
I didn't realize there is a thread for just us...how cool! LOL
Anywho, so I live on the southside of Indy and train at Anytime Fitness either in Greenwood or on Thompson and Emerson.
And in response to another post, my and a couple of my friends were thinking of going to Arnold in March, just depends on if we can get off from work. I won't know until probably Feb. if I can get off work to go.

Welcome to the thread! I will most definitely be at the Arnold ... I am every year. It would be great if you and your friends and other people from this thread can all make it there as well. Perhaps we can plan a get together for the group ... just an idea. But anyways, phenomenal transformation you have made ... good luck in the future. Stay busy on here
