Is this by any chance the British tabloid Sun newspaper?
The paper that has produced many made up, exagerated & laughable stories over the years- not least this one.
Of course this microchip conspiracy is not new- it has been doing the rounds for at least 20 years, it vanishes for a couple of years & then comes back. We are of course no closer to it now than we were 20 years ago.

Your dog also doesn not have to buy food. In a cashless society, which is their goal, you only have your chip to pay. This statement is ridiculous because the government, first and foremost, wants a powerful monetary system that you can pay taxes within. A retarded chip system would go directly against that goal.
