I actually prefer running after a good leg w/o. Seems to get the lactic acid moving, less DOMS the next day.

I live in the midwest, Ohio to be exact, and I am not going to get injured by running out in sleet and snow...that shyte is for penguins, polar bears, and ice fisherman...
