That SHOULD be plenty, but you might try upping it for a few days to see if it does anything. I honestly couldn't pick out which one of your supps could be giving you headaches.

Try more than that. I drink almost 1/2 gallon just while I'm at the gym. 1 gallon looks like a lot, but it really isn't that much. As others have said. Try and up it to 1.5 gallons and see if it helps.

Yeah "roughly" a gallon. Try going 1.5 gallons and you should be fine.

Very good point. I didn't even think about that. Doesn't seem like anything he's taking would put him over the threshold for healthy intake of those types of substances, though.

Green Mag requires alot of water. 2 gallons I think is what is recommended.

dont think you need to be od on vaso substances like arginine to get headaches from it. one of my good friends is also prone to headaches after almost any arginine containing supp, which only contains max 3g arginine in most

Also make sure you are breathing correctly when lifting. Poor breathing techniques can lead to exertional headaches.

There are very few documented side effects of arginine. Nonetheless, headaches have been reported by users of arginine as a side effect
