One thing to mention about your fish oil supplement. Not sure if the one's you get are molecularly distilled but I have read that you want to make sure you are taking a good quality fish oil. If you are taking just cheap whatever it is possible that the oil might actually be toxic and bad for our bodies. I know the NOW brand I take says right on the bottle molecularly distilled meaning that the oils have been purified and the toxins removed. I am sure that the fish oil supplementation is a minor thing but just figured I would give you some food for thought. Interesting detailed article about it http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f15/sh...tation-719643/

My intention tonight with only 4 days until the show was to go by feel. If i felt strong I was going to to with it and hit 10 reps and steer clear of failure. I didn't feel too strong so instead I used some supersets and short rest to get in a great workout. My vascularity was through the roof as my forearms looked like I had worms in them. I was stopped a few times and asked about diet and training...funny how that works. They were very nice but the minnute I mention my diet and weighing my food they usually get a glazed look...then ask if I only eat protein powder. Anyway, I digress.
With all the carbs I have had this week the workouts have been a pleasure. Short cardio after and posing at home. I snapped a few more pictures as well with my camera which I got back today. Much better quality than the phone i was using.
I took tomorrow off work so I can just do some stuff like tan, have my nails done(I get the covered with clear nail polish so they don't stain), food shop, prepare food and drive down to Ft. Lauderdale tomorrow night. My drug test is friday at 9am or I would go down friday. i will try to meet up with Kyle and Eric Broser as well, perhaps Nicole Weeks. Friday will just be a nice chill day to let my muscles recover so they can look fresh come Saturday morning.
Time seems to be flying by this year, it dragged last year. I am also much less anxious since I have done this before.

You should be very proud of yourself Paul. All your work is paying off and hopefully it should make it very easy for the judges. You are truly looking amazing.

Something I was curious about is whether or not you add in your supplements into you macros. I don't expect for my protein powders because I consider them as food but I don't think I have much to add in other than some extra fats from my omegas.

Quick update before bed. Made it to Ft. Lauderdale at my friends place in New River right off Las Olas...view of the ocean and the river...great spot. Misty applied my first two coats of Pro Tan. Waking up early for polygraph and then to the store to shop for supplies. Here is a shot from tonight. I am getting tighter by the hour...tomorrow morning should bring something new...Even I am shocked at what I see right now...my hams are splitting, thought they might after some rest...tick tock, counting the hours to the stage.

Update...4 Coats of Pro Tan. All my food is prepped and its beautiful weather here. I am sitting by the River with the breeze on my back as I type. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend of weather. I went with Misty to train, didn't do much but spot her. Moved a few weights and walked for ten minutes just to get the blood moving.
Here are some update pics from tonight. I will probably put another coat or two on and I also bought some Pro tan stage finish which looks like it works really well. did a test on one arm and it added some sheen and a bit of color.
