Anyone can provide some routines (running/endurance)
Can anyone provide some routines that they do for, getting faster, building endurance, becoming more explosive, improving 40 time, ect.
Specifically for football.
LMK thanks!

Do you want a faster 40 time or increased endurance? Your wants seem to be all over the place.

suicides brah. vary the distance and rest periods.
one good one is to get on a football field and work your way up to sprinting the distance of the field.
sprint 10 yards, wait 10 seconds, sprint 20 yards, wait 20 seconds, and so on.

best way to improve your 40 time is to sprint 40s. do some longer and shorter sprints as well.
hill work can also help a lot. find a good hill, stadium, parking garage, whatever, and sprint up it.
also compound lifts for your legs like squats, lunges, deads, etc can help.

In addition to the sprint work, I'd also recommend jumping rope on a regular basis as it will help develop the fast twitch muscle fibers and keep you "light on your feet".
