Best brand of Omegas
Can someone point me in the right direction, what is the best omega's to take, and what brands. I need to take some for inflammation, and all the other benefits that come with them. I've heard to stay away from the cheap brands. Thanks for the help.

The one and only I've ever liked was from carlson. I mix the lemon flavored oil with something (water, oj, berry smoothie). Tastes really good to me. However, it's damn expensive so i portion that stuff out like a cheap crack dealer.

The best balanced, full spectrum efa supplement is Animal Omega, it's much more than just fish oil:

Yeah, pill form is fine too. I just have to them with food or I get the burps.
