Todays workout was my chest and back superset(no workout partner again today, no real surprise there). Lately I have really had no appetite for eating as much food as I need to , but despite that I have still been finishing almost all of the planned meals. I'm for sure getting stronger and its only a matter of time before this starts to equal some really serious muscle growth. I fell like my muscles are staying much fuller through out the entire day and I just feel bigger in a good way. ABS are still remaining decently visible and show up almost perfect when flexed, so fat gain appears to be at a minimum.
Incline BP 230x8, 235x8, 240x8, 245x5, 225x6, 135x10
+
Reverse Grip lat pulldowns 190x8, 200x8, 210x8, 230x5
Incline DB BP 105x8, 1050x8, 105x7
+
Hammer strength machine rows 90x8(wide grip), (neutral grip)90x8, (wide grip)90x8, (neutral grip)90x8
Incline DB Flyes 75x8, 75x7, 75x6
+
Front pulldowns 180x8, 180x8, 180x8
Decline BP 245x8, 255x6, 255x6
+
DB pullovers 70x8, 70x8, 70x8
Workout started off really strong, but I felt like I didn't have as much energy towards the end of it as usual(probably due to having a hard time sleeping lately, just too much on my mind). still going to try and get some pictures up sometime next week.
Tomorrows workout is arms, but I'm going out of town so I'm gonna have to do it really early in the morning(with not much food in my system) so we will see how it affects my strength. Probably wont be able to post it until Sunday night though

Today was power upper body and although it took a bit longer than normal to get warmed up and focused on the workout, it ended up being a great one. My mind was not as focused as normal when I first walked into the gym, but after a few warm up sets I was able to get back on track and really hit a good one.
(Chest)
BP 135x10, 205x5, 235x3,260x8(could have gotten 1-2 more but without a spotter didn't want to risk it)
Incline DB BP 90x5, 105x3, 105x12
(back)
Deadlifts 275x5, 310x3, 350x12
T-bar rows 155x5, 180x3, 200x11
(shoulders)
Barbell Military press 105x5, 120x3, 135x8
(Triceps)
Close grip BP 170x5, 190x3, 215x8
DB two arm over head ext. 75x5, 85x3, 95x9
(Biceps)
DB Hammer Curls55x5, 60x3, 65x6
Barbell Curls 90x5, 100x3, 110x7
Strength is still increasing steadily and progress has been great so far. appetite is still not back, but I'm continuing to get in most of my calories.

Thanks yeah I'm really happy with my progress, incorporating more strength lifts and upping my calories to around 5,000 has made a huge difference in my overall strength and my size is starting to pick up too
Also I'm onl;y using the 105's bc that the highest my gym has, I going to be buying the add on weights for the db's soon so I can go even higher
