After 4 months of intense boot camp
Turning 36 in 3 weeks....both happy and sad. Sometimes I wish I could turn back the clock because this working out stuff gets harder and harder and you need more energy to maintain. Your body stops doing all of the things it did naturally as a teen and in your 20's....so depressing!
But, on the other hand, being a fit, 35 year old has landed me a sexy 29 year old boyfriend Now I HAVE to keep up!! Lol

Well done
Reminds me of the ol Bette Midler joke:
"My boyfriend Ernie tells me 'Soph' - ya know what I'm gonna do when I'm 80 years old? I'm gonna marry me a 20 year old woman - whattaya think o' that?'
An' I tells him 'Oh yeah? Well guess what, Ernie? When I'm 80 years old, I'm gonna marry me a 20 year old man!
And let me tell ya one thing, Ernie......20 goes into 80 - a hell of a lot more - than 80 goes into 20!'
Enjoy!

Working on it,.. just started
Ok so about a week and a half in, no face shots my hair is in transition from Jamie Lee Curtis short to back to long. (what a mess)
I have my problem areas, but really really trying to gain weight while losing a little bit of body fat I need to lose.
I would like to know how you other moms out there have been rid of your stretch marks, if you have any suggestions, please PM me.
Also I don't know how to pose while flexing lol.
Thanks,
MystiG (aka Michelle)

We are having the same hair predicament, but mine wasn't as short. Its a challenge not to just cut it all off!!
You are looking really good. Posing will come w/ practice. Do some research on tips for posing.
Stretch marks? Well, I was lucky and only have a few, but I look at them as symbols of the greatest gift of love (ok, so I really wish they would disappear, but since they don't, I have to put a positive spin on it ) I don't have any solution or suggestions, but do know that some women try cocoa butter. Keep us posted on what you find out!!

New Pics and Progress
Here's a few new pics from the past couple days. 20 days from the end of the 12-week program. Not too bad for a 40-yr old mother of 4?

I just stumbled across this thread. I'm 47 so I guess I belong here. So many motivating pictures! Everyone is making such great progress. I am happy to say that I have gained just over 10 pounds in the last year and although it hasn't been easy (eating that much or watching the scale go up!), I'm pretty happy. I am really focusing on my legs now.
