What's up fellas.. Had a crazy day yesterday and couldn't get on...
Have back and chest today right after work. I'm stoked and I have a feeling it's going to be a good one. I'm already dropping inches off my waist. Diet isn't super clean but I'm starting to burn some of those cals I'm taking in..

B to answer the ? Doing well... Switched back to HIT for the next 6 weeks. Going to push hard and gain a little mass! First session was sick, and I can tell that I'm getting better at running this style of training.

What's going on fellas... Took a break for a while from the boards...

Diet is on point.. Taking a Fat Burner at the moment to take away the fat then I'm going on a PH cycle to bring back the mass... Or I may go with an AA...

We'll just have to see


Got some patch work done for the Iron Mulisha to wear on my leather when I go riding... I'll have shirts and hats made very soon. I'll post a pic of the cut when I have it done!

Diet is decent.. Not strict but it's a whole lot better than it was... This time a year, it's crazy at work.. Gotta love working for the government...

It's tough to try any amount of cutting while during the holidays.

I actually just ran 50 days of AT w/ extra AA... here's a quick review:
