Inspirational women.
Okay maybe I'm being a bit catty...and don't get me wrong they are all stunning and inspirational...but I don't think any of the top six has ever had a child. Oh no wait...I take that back. Beautifulgrace has an adorable little girl. I wanna see more ladies who have popped a few out and then gotten their body back! There are some hot mamas on this site! I'm not sayin'...just sayin. :-P

She's actually making a documentary with Bdubdiesl from The DO WORK CREW who is another one of the inspirational people who periodically stops by and drops me nice comments and words of encouragement. Those are some great people.
But I digress. Amy Suds is hot.

You gotta keep in mind that the people who are near the top profiles get flooded with messages. A friend of mine hit the top six once and he said it was insane how many comments and questions he started getting.

I'm in the top 50 and I get about 100 messages, comments or e-mails a day. I try to respond to anyone who has been polite....especially women who are sincere and really need some words of encouragement or help. I was as high as number 7. That was only because I posted something outrageous in the misc and I had 1,000 guys look at me at the same time. It does get a bit hectic but I still tried to keep up. I'm willing to bet she doesn't spend as much time on a computer as I do. I forgive her. :-D

I could never keep up with 100 messages a day. You must have the patience of a saint!

Our own over 35'er Kimm4 is one of the greatest inspirational women on this site
for many reasons - one very important reason - her desire to help others progress
Not out just for herself - anytime I've had a question or needed help she is there and
she is that way with everyone

Inspiration comes from many sources. Having a child shouldn't be a requirement. Women let themselves gain weight or get out of shape for a variety of reasons. Just like men. Kids are just one more excuse. Some sort of transformation doesn't have to take place in order for a person to be inspirational either. People who have maintained a good physique throughout life can be just as inspirational as those who have drastically changed their physiques. Lastly, one doesn't have to have a drool worthy body to be inspirational either.
There are lots of inspirational women and men around here who will never be at the top of the list or even on the list. For various reasons.

Dude!
Wow, I just got a google alert in my inbox about this thread.. and was like.. wow... Thank you! I do know what it's like to get a ton of emails every day and not be able to respond to them. I try, but it's taken up hours and hours and I really can't do it anymore.. so I started a newsletter. (They will be free soon, I'm doing everything I can to make that happen). After the 100 messages a day never slowed down I started feeling a huge guilt trip for not answering. Everyone wanted diets, to know how I did it.. and all they really needed to do was take a good look at my profile. I make diets for people now as a job.. so I realllly can't disrespect the people who are paying me to make custom diets by giving them away for free. I literally have 2.16 in my bank account right now since I quit working for my family.. but I'm trying... The fitness industry is tough. It's almost impossible to make money when you're not a complete hard ass about everything. Well.. hopefully the www.TNTfitnessExcursions.com will be the ticket. I think that could work out best for people. They'd get one on one time... and also.. for inspiration... I don't know if anyone here really knows about my new coach.
Teresa L'Heureux - she's a cancer surviving, domestic violence surviving, record setting powerlifter and winning bodybuilder. She is AMAZING! She is one of the toughest and kindest women I have ever met and my story can not even hold a candle to the things she has been though. So to her, I give my number 1 Inspirational vote. She's also one hell of a trainer! My ass is getting lean so fast for the USA's I'll be close to contest shape in about one month. YAY! (and she's a mother too!)
Well, to all of you looking for motivation, it can be as close as your neighbor. I've found that just by talking to people you can see that they've been through some amazing stuff that they usually won't talk about. These silent heros... wow.. ok I'm rambling. But you know what I mean. Just think about what maybe your grandparents had to go through during a war, or what your brothers and sisters are doing today. They have all my respect.

Trying not to sound like too much of a suck up and not in any particular order
- Built old lady
- Strong Kathy
- and freebirdmac
My criteria are
1. I've had to have chatted with them about training in some venue.
2. They have to have gotten some results
3. They have to be 50 yo or better. (you don't really know what it is to be dedicated until stuff starts "breaking" and you still hit the gym)
Finally, I'm a sucker for a gun show.
