System restore has saved me many times. I also back up my files, just incase i get a virus from downloading keygens lol

Oh hai guise. I need some inspiration or some ish. I'm just not feeling the eating right now. Anyone that knows me knows I can keep up with my manmore brother in the nommage department usually. Yesterday I think I ate maybe half my total macros. Woke this morning feeling FUUUUUUU. Was the same Tuesday, although that was less intentional..strong all morning in a mechanics garage waiting for da whip to have front brakes replaced...2% brake capacity ftl. Also strong rapage of wallet. I digress. Don't feel like eating and feeling a bit meh generally. Advices.
As a side note...GO BUZZ!!!!! Get your oompa loompa on sonlet.

you gotta remember that ''this too shall pass'' like the tattoo on my chest says ;-) and like for me right now im going through hella **** but when i come out the other side of it i dont want to be like 'damnit i lost my gains too' so i just am going through the motions with diet/gym right now because its better than just throwing it out the window. BB keeps me out of prison/insane asylums and so since its done that for me, i gotta keep doing for me.

I smell ya. I've done a lot better today. Nommed up 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs with a cup of hashbrowns and a grapefruit for bfast, then two hours later a win bowl of 1/3 c oatmeal with 1 tsp almond butter 3/4 c blueberries and a scoop of isopure whey isolate cookies and cream all mixed in. Yummy. Now I'm about to have chicken and rice and spinach. I still feel like hiding under a quilt, but you're totally right. Just got plough through it. Shoulders and Triceps and my ever more invisible abs today. I usually pwn shoulders...should be a boost

had odd day today. bought some boxing gloves ... they come by the ounce apparently. when i went into dick's i asked the girl manning the door where the boxing gloves were ... she directed me to where there were alot fo gloves yes ... but not for boxing. tomorrow is tri/back day woot!

had a good post workout meal after a great bi/tri day.
shake was 3 scoops of muscle juice cookies & creme + a banana + 1 heaping tablespoon PB + milk. delicious. plus a lean pocket. now gonna eat some spaghetti. strong calories!

i know not directed at me but i eat about an hour or so before i lift. if coming from work my lunch which is iether chicken or turkey with brown rice. if coming from home, if early oatmeal/protien meal if later maybe a soda just for the carbs and 'fine. (thats right i said " 'fine!") though i have found fish makes me stronger. just sayin.

yeah i been taking in a lot of protein. i have not been tracking it but i have 4 eggs for breakfast, my post wo shake has ~71g, i usually have a PB sandwhich preWO, dinner usually consists of some type of meat.
