a lot of steroids in prison, just like any other drugs u can obtain in prison....roids are easily obtainable in prison (srs) we talked about this the other day in my corrections class... also they get a shiet load of tuna served..I knew a guy who did 3 years in federal prison, even tho he stayed natural he said roids were available...also tuna was available like 5 times a day... in packets... he would eat that for protein, and nuddles for carbs... and he lifted for 2 hours ever single day..he showed me a pic before his arrest he was like 25% BFF...he came out of prison at like 9% BFF...abs of a greek god... pretty big too...

I always ate good when I was locked up,The 1st 3 months I worked in the kitchen, so I ate as much as I wanted, the last 15 months I was one of the barbers,people would give me honey buns,raman,peanut butter,weed etc for tips.

With that aside, why are people afraid of going to jail? Based on the above, it sounds like a dream come true: workout every day (no gym membership that expires), noms (enough to get by), rest time (strong lockdown), gay buttsex (YEAH!), and probably prison tattoos (how aesthetic). Not to mention a predictable life, and you'll learn how to be aware of your environment to avoid shower stabbings and prisonyard fights.

the food may taste like ass, but it still has nutritional value.
... and when working out is the only thing you look forward to do in the day, you can easily workout 7days/wk for yeaaarrrrrsssss.

depends where you are..I met a dude from a NH state prison who was able to buy a Nintendo DS via a catalog, there was no limit to their spending. Im going inside for 18mos in about 45 days and they have a max spending at commissary of 65 bucks a week, and no tv's or video games...just food and clothing there...life is gonna suck, im shook, ive never done more than 4 days so far.
back to original thread question dpends on the prison also...some have powerlifiting teams..mine has no weights at all, they have all been taken out of the facility.

Just depends what kind of prison that there in. You can get whatever is on the streets when ur locked up. Plus the food isn't bad my old man works in the kitchen in a prison.
