I wonder how many scoops gives you that amount of leucine and aminos, if it's 2 that's AWESOME despite all of the other garbage in it!

Lol, if you say so. Leucine is a very cheap supplement. Can get it for like $3.50/lb some places. Adding a little extra leucine then charging a lot more money is brilliant marketing as most people don't think to just add their own if they want it... nor do they realize they prob won't see a lick of difference with it in there.

I have a tub of leucine that I don't even use anymore.. I noticed I held more water weight with mega dosing it, and not much else! It also ruins the taste of anything you put it in, short of extreme sweet powdered drinks (like crystal light or something)
I wont buy it, nor have I bought or used any other muscletech product, I have a tub of nitro tech that I haven't touched in ages but since my friend is sponsored by them he just gave it to me..
Was just breaking down the price for people who thought it was 100 bucks!

Yea whatever MT says but creatine is creatine and protein is protein. If you can get it for the right price than why not.

This. Anyways I remember reading a paper by Layne Norton that says 3g of leucine per 3 hours is the optimal dose for maximum muscle gain.
