LOL, my current laptop is slower than that. It's true, people rather spend a few hundred dollars more for a new laptop than a used one.
Some of those black Friday deals are great, but you have to put a lot of effort into getting it.
I did cardio and abs. What's your back/bi routine like?

I used to do stuffs on the technical side when I first started in I.T. Started off as desktop support, then went to the networks with routers and switches and then went on to sys admin. So I experienced several technical sides of I.T. but I don't like it.
I m still in I.T. but on the operational side of it and I do like it. And I m interested in learning some media apps and maybe even play with Oracle again.

Does your work provide you a laptop? I would get a desktop PC and mod it.

I actually want both. LOL But I most likely ended up building a new desktop.

When I was grinding poker i had a dual 24inch monitor setup. I was doing 16 tables at once. That's where my avatar name comes from. I went by the name looseshark, but in fact I was very tight with my image. So I used shark206 for my bodybuilding.
I kind of miss grinding poker, but it was very stressfull. Especially when bad beats hits you. One handle I recalled, I flop a set of Aces. I raised preflop and the guy called me with 10 7 off suit. The flop came A 6 K. He checked I bet out half the pot. He called. Turn 9 I shove the whole pot he called. River 8. He bet, and by now I was pot committe so i called. I lost a $2000 pot on the river.

I have both, very convenient, but I prefer the desktop because of the larger monitor.

That's was the worse bad beat I took. I don't really feel anything most of the time. Cause I seen it so many times. As long as I get in with 60/40 70/30 I'm okay with my played. Maybe I took it really hard cause i grind the 2k for like 3hours and lost it so quick.
I have no ideal what this foes was doing. He called my rasie with 10 7 under the gun. I had postion on him. I used to grind a lot on Pokerstar and Fulltilt, but my wife baned me from both site. She was happy with the money I was bringing it. But I didn't have time to cook or clean around the house. When I played within my bankroll and don't tilt I can bring in some profit.

Hawaii for Halloween was awesome. Everyone comes out like New Years Eve in Vegas, and they all dress up. Some girls with just pasties. I want to go back next year during the same time.
As for the training, in 10 days I lifted 3 times, but did cardio a lot in the ocean along with walking and so forth. Diet and water intake TOTALLY sucked though. A ton of candy and carbs too. Glad to be back on track, but I looked decent the first few days, and then I got flat and fluffy from the sodium, carbs, and lack of water. No appetite, and I only ate about 2-3 large meals a day. No appetite a lot of times, because of skipping meals. Next time I'll be prepared bringing water, food/protien around.

Damn brutha dem guns are looking good! Thays as big as those real guns your shooting!

Let's examine your question. How do I become a millionaire? How do you feel when asking that question? What does your gust tells you? Does it feel like that nexts logically step for you? Does it make you feel postive when you think about the question. Or does it make you feel jealous and envy?

Lotta fail here. A million dollars IS a lot of money. I guarantee nobody else here will say it's not. It's not a lot if you consider there are a lot more millionaires in the last decade (2000-2009) than in the history of the U.S. economy altogether from 1492-2000, but it's still a lot.
You never count your 401k, IRA or stocks in your net worth. Only liquid assets are considered. And you only count the house if you have more equity than interest in it, because in todays economy, it's been proven that people that try to sell their homes when they need cash to get out of debt, either can't sell it or take a serious loss. and even then, they still need a place to live.

I got no PM in my inbox??? LOL
Always a plan!
ROFLMAO
Sorry to hear brotha.
Gross! I don't like pho, even being Viet LOL
Most people call them Taco's
ROFL
Reverse attack... Successful LOL
I am a bigger Beemer fan, but the E63 is sick!
Chocolate chip is the shizz!
Welcome!
Welcome!
Sarcasm... Lambchop knows it!
Sorry to hear brotha, at least he was a good influence in your life, and in others.
GJDM You got crazy strength.
HAHAHAHHAHA that's what I was thinking!
I'll go to watch. I'll probably end up with rice, while you all eat pho LOL
I'm down! Let's do it.
ROFLMAO! You're off the hook brotha.
I love pad thai. Try ordering the crying tiger if they have it, with sticky rice (or regular if you don't like sticky rice).
Curry is also good, but me and spicy are no good.
Strong teen!
Noice!
Fingers crossed brotha!
There was turbulence on my flight too. I just watched the movie and tried to relax.
LOL yeah, I did. I don't even know what pics and all that I had up anymore.
For $25 I'll go back again this month LOL Check where else they go, and we'll plan trips.
No thanks! Do not want.
LOL Born and raised here in the SGV. Gotta know the hood.
Wow, looks great. She looks like my ex in this one.
I only wear mine at night, or if my contacts are bugging.
He TOTALLY would LOL
Mine are ehh... They respond to training well though, but it's been forever since I've worked 'em.
Yeah, Drew definitely should give it a try.
Platform shoes got me!!! ROFLMAO
Plan it brotha, I'm so down.
Yes, regularly. The O is the biggest, then there's Iron Man, Venice, and just kick it ones too.
You should come and be in the pics too! Pics are always posted.
I just had to when he knocked out LOL

As far as supplements, whether it be pre, intra, or post, just find out whats out there and give it a shot,
i've try the some brands that are never mentioned in the supp section and they have given results. I try to find the best bang for the buck, being a broke college student isn't fun, im sure most of you guys know that.
But always remember your diet is your key to your body's success. It took me awhile to understand that. The only supps im using at the moment is basic creatine mono, multivitamins, protein powder and some intra workout drinks. I keep it simple in the offseason.
