morning all! Just at the office settling in from a great workout at the hotel this morning (in Chicago)...have been able to stick to my routine for the most part given than I've been travelling the last 5 of 6 weeks and dealing with various hotel fitness facilities. Hoping the travels slows down soon or I'm at least sent to some warm weather now that the cold season is starting! Hope everyone is keeping well!

Once my digestive system settle a little then I should be able to break down poultry again and it takes everything I have just to choke down one small piece of tilapia..I am not a fish fan.

I have been having a lot of digestive issues with foods lately so I went to a Naturopath yesterday. Based on some history I gave him and issues I described he believes that milk proteins are the culprit that are contributing to an already inflammed digestive system. So starting immediately I am allowed no dairy (not just lactose, all dairy proteins), beef, goat or bison. And I have to cut out all forms of caffeine to settle the lining of my tummy too.

wow...traveling that much and still on top of your routine. It's inspiring and motivating to me as I FINALLY am personally clearing myself to workout again.

I can have anything that does not derive from a cow. Soy is not an option as it does not mix well with my thyroid medication and can make the medication have a negative effect. I am trying almond milk, it is not bad and it gives my oats a nuttier taste. Hopefully all this will not be forever

I've heard good things about Almond milk...good luck though.
