I always enjoy coming in this section and seeing all the great physiques so this is my contribution.
I train with several methods. I have done pure hypertrophy but found the best success with periodization of several programs. I really like Layne Norton's power\hypertrophy split. I also used Derek Charlebois's Tri-Phase and made some solid gains. Layne does my contest diet and prep work.

Yeah height is a big issue as bodybuilding is all about the illusion. I think my symmetry and condition should help in that department. Thank you.

I am very happy I have improved, especially that you feel that way. However, who knows if Brian Whitacre or Tommy Jeffers is going to be there...its not like this is NPC Nationals and we know the entire lineup...just gonna bring what I got and let it happen!

I appreciate the vote of confidence. I think what Layne is worried about is that some people actually believe they have won and then when you don't it might lead to feelings of failure when the big picture is not taken into account.

Thank you. Diet started at 260c\270p\55f with refeeds and by the end I was around 200c\270p\55f. Cardio was 4 days a week, two 30 minute sessions, 2 HIIT sessions.

Thanks Layne...the only thing I expect is to be my best...I have been to this show and there is no shortage of great competitors.

Awesome muscularity and proportion. I think the conditioning speaks for its self too. Best of luck in the competition. Keep us updated.
EDIT: Crazy vascular in the last shot too. Insane.

Apart from what everyone have told you, im just gonna say that in that back double bis it seems you are lacking HARD on traps.
Other than that, congrats on achieving what only a few can.

I agree with you completely. I have been noticing that my lower trap thickness could be much improved and that will give me something to shoot for after these shows. I deadlifted and rowed my ass off this year but that didn't do it for me. I will have to find an exercise that really hits the upper middle back well. The good news is it should respond since. Maybe cable rows to the lower chest. I will research and get on it. THanks again.

All the best.

You should win because its a pro qualifier, to compete w/ the pros you'll need to bring up leg size but you look awesome so far. Keep it up! Also could you PM me your meal schedule? I'm curious what you were eating during your cut and how much/often.

Quick update before bed. Made it to Ft. Lauderdale at my friends place in New River right off Las Olas...view of the ocean and the river...great spot. Misty applied my first two coats of Pro Tan. Waking up early for polygraph and then to the store to shop for supplies. Here is a shot from tonight. I am getting tighter by the hour...tomorrow morning should bring something new...Even I am shocked at what I see right now...my hams are splitting, thought they might after some rest...tick tock, counting the hours to the stage.
