your spotter comments on his bicep pump after spotting your bench press.
other people scatter to get out of the way when your doing curls.
you consider tricep push downs a compound exercise
your exercise partner limps after only just watching you squat
the most sore muscle in your body is your jaw muscle after a gym visit
this is for fun not controversy btw

You jump on a piece of cardio equipment for 45 min. After this you do a weight training session that's lasts longer than 15 min.

A local radio station does what they call "Ten after laughter" where they play a short comedy bit at, you guessed it, ten after the hour. The quoted post reminded me of one they played yesterday.
