Well i would eat 6 to 7 times a day i would average about athousand calories a meal.
Example my breakfast would be 8 whole eggs, 6 pieces of bacon, 6oz of cheese, protein shake 52 grams of protein, 1 cup of oat meal mixed with yogurt. Next meal sandwhich with 5 pieces of ham , 4 pieces of bacon , lettece and mustard. Prework out shake 52 grams protein. 2 granola bars, Post work out mcdonalds about 2000 calorie meal, next meal 2 burritos either stuffed with pre cooked steak or chicken or beef , Dinner 2 pork chops or fish , bake potato 1 cup of milk ,cup of rice, protein shake , late night snack tuna or chicken breast and rice. Havent been working for awhile so its pretty easy to make sure i eat and i got time to cook meals.
