Dammit... cottage cheese is so expensive in Brazil . Its like $4 for less than a pound on most places.
If the thing was a little bit cheeper I wouldn't even buy whey anymore.
BTW, either add some stevia + cocoa, peanut butter, cashew butter or almond butter. Tastes better than candy IMHO.

I love Cottage Cheese and anything Dairy. (Half Dutch)
My favourite way to have CC is mixed 50/50 with some yogurt, and add in 250g Frozen Berries.
Mix all together and chuck in the freezer for 30 minutes. Tastes great.

Do you then cook it up like batter? Or just eat it as is?

You don't care for it....but you eat it plain? Well, almost no one likes it plain! The point is to make it taste decent without adding tons of sugar and fat. Why not experiment with some of these recipes?

I either have it completely plain, or if I'm eating something with it I'll throw that in the tub and just eat them mixed. It doesn't matter what it is, if it's chicken, cereal, veggies, crackers, or whatever, just throw it in with the cottage cheese and it tastes great.
