honestly I am way more relaxed with the nutrition lately, I am not gaining but I am also just almost cruising. I am gonna kick my own ass here in the next 3-4 weeks and get to that 299
I mean I am not satisfied but I am also just enjoying the ride, realizing its never going to end so I might as well live a little bit. I have gotten to the point I know I can eat a little dirtier now and not gain. Its not helping also that we have had to work overtime alot in the last 3-4 weeks....

Doing good today, slept a little after the gym. Went to work, its 9pm, so far i'm only up to 1955ish calories, probably throw in another 600 before my day is over (usually around 3-4am).
I bought a Gaspari Stack for 60 bucks at Vitamine Shoppe, comes with Novadex, Super Pump 250, and 2 other things which escape me at the moment. I look forward to either seeing amazing results or not see any results. Just trying stuff out keeps me motivated and keeps me hitting the weights.
At some point this year I really need to turn up the cardio. I will hopefully be getting a nicely sized giftcard in the mail for BB.com. Late Bday present from my brother, this will help ease my $300 a month protein powder/bar/vitamin/supplement habit

I appreciate the feedback but I buy these things just to try them out, i like to try stuff. i dont believe in any miracle supplements. I believe in calories in/calories out. I have been lifting for 12 years, 2 of which i lifted competitively.

I have been lifting for 16 and taught a highschooler strength trainign class olympic lifting for 2 years. I never said you were looking for a "miracle pill" silly, but I was just stating that there is no substitution for hard work and good food for those few that follow and read this thread.

What is Your Profession?!
SPARTAAAANSSS!!! WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSION???!?!?!?!!
I ask this because I'm with Fred. I know I'm not the most frequent "poster" and I know that there have been times when I'm MIA, but C'mon. That spreadsheet was sad. Fred was on there twice for heaven's sake and it doubled the weigh in? WTF?
However, I'm not here to rag on people that didn't weigh in or to criticize. We all get busy. We all forget. What worries me, is that the people who aren't in here, is whats going on with them mentally. What I mean is, we're all in here for some sort of support. To belong to a group. To be accountable. There are only a few reasons I can see as a legitimate reason for leaving: you made your goal weight and are maintaining it ( doubt many of us are here yet), you quit, or you're embarrassed.
It's easy to be embarrassed for putting weight back on, or for making no progress. I've been there. WE'VE ALL been there. When you're feeling like quitting or you don't want to post your weight, cuz you're embarrassed, thats when you need this thread the most. If you don't want to weigh in, don't weigh in. BFin D. But don't leave the group cuz of it.
If you've decided that this group isn't for you or you can't post, that's fine. Every man (woman) has to find their own way. But at least post that you're leaving. No one will look down on you.
I will restate the question I asked at the beginning, quoting from my favorite movie 300. What is your profession? Not you're job. Are you truly a warrior at heart? Someone who won't give up. Will you never retreat and never surrender? These are questions you have to ask yourself. If you get knocked down, get back up. Keep fighting. Don't quit. So, what is your profession? are you a warrior? or a quitter? The choice is yours.

Hey Fred you missed my post, I'm down to 237 since last week. But I'm here bro! Still hanging.
Although it's not an excuse, long story short:
I came to the US as an international student, started living with my aunt but after a month she lost her house. Rented a house for myself and my aunt moved in as well, then my sister broke with her husband and moved in to my house. Problems started as she was emotionally unstable due to the rupture (bitchy, rude, etc.) and had a fight with the aunt so the aunt left, few months later they sis and her husband get together again, instead of going back to OC they move in to my house. Problems get worse (between them) and the atmosphere in here is ****ed up, have to take care of the nephews often times, last weekend the **** almost hit the fan and there was a huge discussion, my sis apologized to me for being rude bitchy w/e and she has not been rude in the past 2 days. Now looking for another place, I don't wanna be here anymore.
On the other hand I've been working on time management exercises, I noticed I have great sucess regarding bodybuilding in summer/winter break when I have nothing to do. But when I'm at school I can't do **** correctly, so I started working on time management and I've noticed I've improved grades, stress, and running schedule.

Just got home from school, too tired and with a bad headache. Won't run today. Diet is in check, well somewhat I had two high fiber energy bars in the morning, and paid 4 visits to the bathroom. I wouldn't be surprised if I weigh 220 by now d=

I dont journal my food intake online, but I write down and keep track of what I eat everyday. I count calories and lean towards healthier smarter choices, that way, I dont have to worry about carbs, protein and fat tracking as they will be in check from teh smarter choices of food.

Oh well. I eat good, I lift hard, I have money to burn on supps. So far i'm pretty impressed with Gaspari products, I will continue to purchase them. I already have the food and hardwork down, these give me a great edge in the gym and with my high level of muscle I really feel the difference on them. 30 reps of dead lift today @ 400-495. Cleans for reps @ 200. i'm going back tomorrow for lats, mild chest, heavy tricep, forearm, and calves.

Gaspari supps are one of the few that work.
