Agreed. They are the future IFBB pros so why not see what the top NPC guys are looking like. A lot of the shows for the NPC are pro card qualifiers.

6 - 12 sets per body part? even though he said he almost doubled those sets to around 20 since his last competition that isnt very much at all, considering with the gear he is using his volume could be around 30-40 each body part...
also he aid he was going heavy, i dont see the 35's for curls as very heavy??

obviously not biceps alone silly, bi's/tri's however could go up to 40, 6 - 12 is enough if your working each one 2 times a week..

So a semi-pro bb'r should overtrain like a desperate teenager?
Since when does ANY bb'r need 30-40 sets for a bodypart. Most do 15-20 max for stimulation.
I see a lot of kid mentality that bb'rs hasv to swing huge weight and train for 8 hours a day to be huge. You need to learna lot more about bb'ing i see.
