yes we are IAFF, pay is always determined by the city/county. the labor union only gives us resources to fight for and create our contracts. every dept has their own personal contract with the city/county

they broke in last night when he and K were gone, broke the door down which he is trying to get it replaced, stole his guns.. K is kind of freaked out.. I need to call him back, he wants to reschedule but his wedding is only two weeks away... dangit, I needed to get out of here.. oh well

that sucks. police have any leads? do they think it was random or someone who knew? I have to imagine he had that stuff hidden, just seems odd if that is all the took. no electronics, etc.

im sure they took alot more than that, he just left me a message about it and how K was worried cause they took the guns..dont really know why, theyre just a commodity. Im sure they took his plasma and other stuff as well though..

Ouch... I can see why K/anyone would be a bit freaked about the guns going missing like that. I'd imagine too they went after anything valuable... unless for some reason, they are stockpiling weaponry.

It's very unlikely, I agree. There's always that small offchance though that always makes you uneasy...

nice for you... still planning on riding in that AIDS charity deal?
I think the rule of thumb is that you should be comfortable riding 60-70% of the total distance you will be attempting... cant remember where I read that....
