Eat fruit and vegetables = swole.
Is basically what a guy at work was telling me. He was pretty much telling me if you didn't eat fruit and vegetables, that you wouldn't get swole. Strong white-knight, acting as though he's great eating his veggies.
Went on to explain, they provide 'pure' nutrients and vitamins but nothing a multi-vitamin can't provide and you possibly can't eat ALL fruit and vegetables that provide ALL the stuff you need.
Went right through his ears and started on about he's just trying to help me and that I should listen to him because he's older. His stats? 4 years older than me, 5' 7" or shorter and weighs around 9 stone.

Fruits Vegies = natural nutrients and minerals
Multi vit= Synthetic nutrients and minerals. Synthetic vits dont absorb as well and dont break down as good.

it wont make you bigger but it will make you look better, your skin will have a better look that a multi doesn't really give you. a multi gives you the vitamins but not everything that fruits and veggies can give.

Fruits and vegetables have their place in any great diet... but they will be far from making you swole on their own.. you still need your basic calorie intake.. synthetic vitamins may not be absorbed well but they are mega dosed

I'm sure we all have different definitions/opinion. I class a white-knight as someone that does something to make themselves look good or think they are doing good.
