I took a bite, savored the flavor and spit it out.
Heres todays refeed.
No bake brownies and cinnamon apple oatmeal squares with sf blueberry jam and coolwhip free on top.

And a carrot cake cliff bar with 1tbsp of Natty chunky PB and coolwhip free on top for good measure.

That's some refeed, lol. Love the cooking that's going on in here. I really have to step it up in that department.
My wife usually does all of the cooking but I think I need to shoulder some of the responsibility to create some really cool bbing friendly dishes. We eat pretty good anyways, but I don't think she really appreciates "cooking to hit my macro's"
Those uppity Long Island girls... sheesh.

Nice refeed!! Thats awesome. Is there a reason other than taste that you go with a higher glycemic carb for refeeds?
Also, you cant post pics like that without recipes. Im gonna boycott this thread if this keeps up.
BTW, pics look un-freakin-believable. Legs are dialed, man. Congrats. You have really achieved something that most people could not even imagine doing. Im honestly just pumped up for you, just seeing your pics, and im anxious to see how you do in the worlds. Wish I could be there.
P.S. I did the "taste and spit" thing once during my prep and decided I was heading into "mental case" land.....so im glad to see someone else has tried this!!

I've posted the recipe for the brownies in here.
The oatmeal squats where
1/2c egg whites, 2 scoops van whey, 100g Oats, 1/2c cinnamon apple unsweetened applesauce, cinnamon, pumpkin spice. Pop the globs on a pamed cookie dish and bake till edges turn brown, should be moist in center. They came out bomb. Think it was ~350 degrees 10-15 minutes.

Car broke down on Thursday night. My ignition coilpack went bad, which led to an engine missfire which led to a fried catalytic converter. I donno what to do because I don't Have $$ for the repairs =(

Wow what a hectic couple of days.
Between car breaking down, drama on the home front, and scrambling to get everything ready for the show, school, work, training, prepping meals, practicing posing, I have had very little time to update.
I spent all day in Brooklyn on Monday getting my car fixed up. Turned out it was a bad ignition coil and spark plugs which were causing 3 of my 4 cylinders to misfire. Shes running great but I still need new front tires before I can pass my overdue inspection lol =(
I got back to LI late and hit a quick lower session.
