when i first looked into bodybuilding it was when i open my first bodybuilding mag, to see Ronnie and Jay side by side, i didnt know much about the Yates, Levorne, and Wheeler era, I have to say that Jay has been one of my influences, Looks great, well deserved, obviously he shows that hard work does pay off.

Jay looks so much younger, he has somehow made his body look 5-10 years younger than last year. Quite amazing what he has done. If I were him i would keep my game plan to my self, he would not want Kai, Wolf or Heath to improve this much.

-He's got to be comfortable with himself to look so relaxed while it's obvious that everyone is staring at him. and him walking around in public places with certain clothes or no shirt that show his jackedness.
-Perfect example to disprove the overusage of "genetics" as an excuse for phail, or weakness in bp's, or why someone else might be better than you.

Ugghh the worst are those who watch 2 ufc fights and buy tapout/ed hardy shyt because they "train mma". Most of the time they are around 5'9, 140 lbs.
