Good Wednesday to all!
Up early and ready to go. It was a rough couple of days, but I think I am all recouped now and back to being me!

Tricia....Is your lack of energy and Such, due to your allergies?
I know how feeling ill can make ya feel blah, no energy and lousy.
It can also play a part in feeling depressed and no ambition too.
I pray you get over this thing.
Is anything else going on to be making you feel this way?
You say you have no goals....are you still working with Tight Curves?
( not that this is a goal of anything, but it is a way to keep you in bbing shape)
Geesh, I hate seeing you like this.
I like the bouncy Tricia

MOrning Joan...
I think you read too much into my post....
No Worries, I am still bouncy, just a had something the past few days. I'm not depressed or unambitious. When I say lack of goals, I always have the goal of making what I have better, I just don't know if I am going to compete again or if I want to put on more mass...etc I am really pretty happy with where I am am right now. I certainly am keeping in shape No goal, but maintaining Being fit and working out is a passion and part of who I am. I would never give it up!
I was pretty sick on Sunday (the TB was my friend). So I know that due to my anemia, it takes me a couple days to get my energy back. I also know I had some type of virus...Nicholas has been down w/ the same thing. Im sure AJ will be getting it next. Fun stuff I tell ya
As far as the TC thing goes...they have gotten a bit flakey, so I haven't really done much w/ them. It seems like there is too much drama when I do. I am perfectly fine w/ that though.
I do appreciate your concern, but don't worry my friend. I am happy! Happier than I have been in ages. (just need to figure out what to do next )

Happy Friday!
Gonna hit the gym, go to work, then parent/teacher conferences, do some grocery shopping and get together w/ a friend tonight. It has been a long, weird week. I am so happy for my 3 day weekend.
As always....work w/ Dr. Evil was infuriating at times, but on the upside, he did leave at 3:30...so I snuck out at 4:45

Enjoy your 3 day girly!
I've seen houses with Christmas lights up already; makes me think I need to get things rolling with my Christmas to-do's.

Happy Sunday to all!
Yesterday was a great day. Been having a lot of those lately
Slept until almost 7...and I fell asleep around 6:30 the night before.
Had a super wo!
Saw a friend I have not seen in almost a year!
Went to my neighbors for their daughters b-day party. (She will be 2 on Wed.) The boys and I had a fun time w/ them and their family. (they are like a family to us) Sam is like a little sister to the boys...they love her and she loves them. We made Tamales w/ the family and just hung aound on their couch all day
Watched a movie w/ the boys and a friend last night.
Hit the bed a bit later than normal, but up early and ready to go!!
The boys are supposed to go w/ their Dad today...
Me...going to hit the gym, do some "chores", meet up w/ a friend and hopefully get some grocery shopping done

Good Monday!
Well, my 3 day weekend got a bit cut short as I have to go into work today. Long story, but oh well... to put a positive spin on it...It will make up for my sick day last week and hopefully I will get some OT
Yesterday I did a leg wo w/ the focus on glutes. OUCH! They are screaming at me today! (but I secretly love it!! )
I had a very nice day yesterday. I baked some pumpkin bread, 2 batches of cookies, went out w/ a friend for sushi (I ended up trying some Korean spicy fish soup...pretty yummy)
The boys went out w/ their Dad. Kind of sad, b/c Nicholas came home and said "Dadlo was surprisingly nice today. I wonder if he is up to something". Ugh! I am very careful w/ my words and feelings around the boys. ...and as much as I hate to do it, I stand up for him way to much. Makes me really see just how insightful N is and really how much "damage" V has caused w/ the relationship b/t him and the boys. Vin also asked to pick them up from school on Wed to spend some time w/ them. Maybe he is going to change his ways. hahahahahaha *wipes tears from eyes* Yep...I don't like it, but I have become a bit cynical
Anyway..a great day to all!!!!!

It is so nice that Mike and Rox include the boys and I in everything...I don't miss NY, but miss my family terribly...especially around this time of year. They have become my west coast family.
Happy Happy...I am!!!!

Yay for screaming glutes! Workouts looking great and glad to hear you're feeling better. I'm glad that you're careful around the boys when it comes to your true thoughts about your EX. It can be hard, but you handle it very well.

Tuesday...
I slept great last night, but was awake at 2. I willed myself back to sleep until 3:45
Today is supposed to be another leg day, but I will decide after my coffee. My legs are still feeling pretty sore. I may just lace up my sneakers and go for a walk or hit the gym and do some cardio. Once I can think better I will figure it out
Yesterday work was crazy. I am going to reach out and ask everyone to keep my "co-worker" Nancy and her family in your thoughts and prayers. She and her husband found their son's body Sunday morning hanging in his room. It is a tragedy, only to be multiplied by the fact that they lost another son a little over a year ago and this son leaves behind a 12 year old son who's mother told him she wants nothing to do with. A very emotional day yesterday.
All else is good though... Not much new...which is good

Hi Kim! Sore anything is great!
I have to be careful...they are so impressionable. I don't want to influence them in a negative way when it comes to their father. He is their dad...I can not change that...just have to deal w/ it.

Good morning all...
Well, I slept in today (I have the day off). The past few days have been very exhausting. Physically and mentally. The next week or two looks like it will be the same. I will have Sunday off and then will be working 6 days in a row... Things are just emotional right now at work...and trying to manage 2 offices is a bit overwhelming. It is only temporary, and we all have to do our share.
Not intentionally, but I was so exhausted last night when I came home (didn't get home until almost 8...) that I ate almost half a loaf of pumpkin bread and some cookies They were really yummy, but I am feeling a bit "hungover" this morning!
No big plans on the horizon today. I am hoping to get a few things done around here...get to the grocery store (finally) and veg a bit.
On a positive note....AJ went to the dentist and they removed the wire. Said the tooth looks stable and we need to go back in a month!
I did end up working legs again yesterday. Had a great wo!
Have a good day all!!

Oh geesh, sorry Tricia....sorry that you're exhausted.
but on the other hand, how nice it is that you are busy at work.
I welcome busy-ness...I was so scared the beginning of the year with the Recession, that I may lose my job.
Thank God we picked up business.
Rest while you can my Dear!

Morning all...another rest day for me. I am thinking that I have something more than a "sugar" high. I slept aaaaalllllll day yesterday, fell asleep at 8 last night and struggled to get out of bed at 6 today. I really am just exhausted I guess. I never got to the grocery store yesterday b/c after my shower, I laid back in bed and fell asleep
I do have to work today, tomorrow and Sat. Hopefully after some coffee this morning, i will be ready to go!

I would much rather have a job than none. Just been very stressful lately, and I think it is physically taking its toll. I do have to work w/ Dr. Evil today
I will be fine in no time

I've been dealing with extreme fatigue for a week. Calling doc tomorrow. Hope you feel better my dear.
P.s. Is there any brand of iron you'd recommend over others? Do you notice energy increase right away when taking it?

Good morning all
Made it to the gym yesterday. Had a great wo despite feeling a bit fatigued yet.
Work and everything else was good yesterday . I did have a high carb day...and made it through unscathed.
Had a long talk w/ a friend last night.
Gonna hit the gym this morning and then off to work. Not sure about tonights plans, but tomorrow has to involve some grocery shopping!!

I hope you feel better! When I don't take the iron regularly, I notice a huge leap in my energy levels when I do start up again. I also notice and increase when I load up on iron rich food.

Hello Tricia, nice to meet you. Hope you don't me dropping by your thread. Sounds like you've been through some trying times, but are working through it. I hope you are finding lots of support here. Personally, I understand the difficulty of keeping up with bb, clean eating and all that stuff without having a set goal in mind. I wish you success and will be keeping an eye on ya in here! Cheers!
