How many eggs is too much ?????
Hey guys. For the past week, I have been eating about 8 eggs for breakfast. 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs.
I am thinking of eating them at night as well, about 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg. Will that be OK?
And how many eggs is too much egg?
Thanks!

As many as you would like if it fits into you calories for the day. I eat 4 wholes and 2 white for brekky each morning...
Your 7 eggs and 7 white (if you go ahead and do it) is only about 550cals if they are large eggs, just fit it inot you cals and it's fine IMHO.
Only problem is that I can clear a room with my farts so I try not to do it around people

So about 12-14 eggs a day is OK? About 11 egg whites and 2-3 whole eggs?
Anybody else?
Proper advice is appreciated. Thank you!

I'd say stick to half an egg a day. More than that and you'll probably die from a heart attack within 5 days.

watch your cholesterol intake and if you keep up with that many eggs in a day you will be hating them real soon lol.. but i eat 4-5 for breakfast but anyway why would you want to eat sooooo many in one day? i mean i have heard of people eating up to like 12 in a day but there are easier ways to get protein and carbs (and not that eggs arent a super part of a diet but 12 a day seems a little excessive..)
