The unity of the human race, as envisaged by Baha'u'llah, implies the establishment of a world commonwealth in which all nations, races, creeds and classes are closely and permanently united, and in which the autonomy of its state members and the personal freedom and initiative of the individuals that compose them are definitely and completely safeguarded. This world commonwealth must, as far as we can visualize it, consist of a world legislature, whose members will, as the trustees of the whole of mankind, ultimately control the entire resources of all the component nations, and will enact such laws as shall be required to regulate the life, satisfy the needs and adjust the relationships of all races and peoples.
A world executive, backed by an international Force, will carry out the decisions arrived at, and apply the laws enacted by, this world legislature, and will safeguard the organic unity of the whole commonwealth. A world tribunal will adjudicate and deliver its compulsory and final verdict in all and any disputes that may arise between the various elements constituting this universal system.
A mechanism of world inter-communication will be devised, embracing the whole planet, freed from national hindrances and restrictions, and functioning with marvellous swiftness and perfect regularity. A world metropolis will act as the nerve center of a world civilization, the focus towards which the unifying forces of life will converge and from which its energizing influences will radiate. A world language will either be invented or chosen from among the existing languages and will be taught in the schools of all the federated nations as an auxiliary language to their mother tongue. A world script, a world literature, a uniform and universal system of currency, of weights and measures, will simplify and facilitate intercourse and understanding among the nations and races of mankind.
In such a world society, science and religion, the two most potent forces in human life, will be reconciled, will cooperate, and will harmoniously develop. The press will, under such a system, while giving full scope to the expression of the diversified views and convictions of mankind, cease to be mischievously manipulated by vested interests, whether private or public, and will be liberated from the influence of contending governments and peoples. The economic resources of the world will be tapped and fully utilized, its markets will be coordinated and developed, and the distribution of its products will be equitably regulated.
National rivalries, hatreds, and intrigues will cease, and racial animosity and prejudice will be replaced by racial amity, understanding and cooperation. The causes of religious strife will be permanently removed, economic barriers and restrictions will be completely abolished, and the inordinate distinction between classes will be obliterated. Destitution on the one hand, and gross accumulation of ownership on the other, will disappear. The enormous energy dissipated and wasted on war, whether economic or political, will be consecrated to such ends as will extend the range of human inventions and technical development, to the increase of the productivity of mankind, to the extermination of disease, to the extension of scientific research, to the raising of the standard of physical health, to the sharpening and refinement of the human brain, to the exploitation of the unused and unsuspected resources of the planet, to the prolongation of human life, and to the furtherance of any other agency that can stimulate the intellectual, the moral, and spiritual life of the entire human race.
A world federal system, ruling the whole earth and exercising unchallengeable authority over its unimaginably vast resources, blending and embodying the ideals of both the East and the West, liberated from the curse of war and its miseries, and bent on the exploitation of all the available sources of energy on the surface of the planet, a system in which Force is made the servant of Justice, whose life is sustained by its universal recognition of one God and by its allegiance to one common Revelation--such is the goal towards which humanity, impelled by the unifying forces of life, is moving.

I've always been interested in the Baha'i faith. It's sad that the followers are being persecuted in Iran. Anyways, one way to achieve human unity is if everybody spoke one single language. I wished everybody in this world spoke English so that there would be no misunderstanding between the human race

Very good point. In fact, the Baha'i Writings, more than a century ago, stated the importance of an auxiliary language being adopted by the world:

Typically the larger the Government has become the more corruption has found it's way into the mix... which basically means any attempt at a World Gov will be the biggest cluster f**k ever known to our species.

The system in which people get elected into positions would be very different and much more fair. Instead of people you never knew campaigning and telling telling you how great they are for you to vote for them, this system which is envisioned is non-partisan, with campaigning and electioneering totally forbidden, and votes are by done secret ballot -- where individuals vote for people they knew, from having investigated their characters. This system is much more fair and logical than the political systems associated with the failing order of today.

No doubt that corruption is associated with politics today. Part of the problem is the system itself. Again, a non-partisan system such as the one I described ensures that the people that get in power were actually known by those who voted for them, and any type of campaigning or electioneering would be prohibited. It wouldn't be like today, where a politician puts ads on television and goes around telling everyone how great he is, then later we find out the opposite. This is a practice which leads to corruption, so sources that can lead to corruption must be removed. Also, partisanship leads to disunity, since parties are working against each other. The O.P. envisions a system which is free of all sources that lead to disunity; that is why, for example, the adoption of a universal auxiliary language, to be taught to children at all schools, is emphasized.

What happens if 2 people fight, who's going to control them? Is there going to be a police force?
How is this going to happen, how are we going to transfer from this soceity to that without problems? I'll give you the truth, you won't, unless millions of people are murdered or detained in some way.

Although highly unlikely in this new system, if a dictator did arise, for example, an international police force would take care of the dictator. However, apart from that, this would be a very different world than today: since we (humanity) would be so interconnected and close, e.g., in terms of having an auxiliary language to communicate by, one common script, one common faith, etc., the whole world would be concerned about an injustice occurring in any part of the world, even if it's very far away from them. Because we would truly see other humans as members of one human family, and if anything happened to them we would be concerned. In terms of protecting the world from a dictator or a ruler rising up against other leaders, here is a passage which deals with that issue:

We don't exactly know how the transition will happen, in terms of specific details. We only know what has been revealed, other than that we'll have to wait and see. Nothing will happen to "atheists or non-believers," if by that you mean attempts at forced conversion or whatever. In fact, in the Baha'i Faith, proselytizing (i.e., forcing someone to convert through pressure or other tactics) is totally forbidden, and clearly stated in many places. Also, violence in the name of religion is also forbidden in the strongest language. More than a century ago, for example, Baha'u'llah reversed the Islamic law of "jihad": Baha'u'llah said that disunity of any kind in the name of religion, especially killing, is a grievous sin and is to be shunned completely. There is no ambiguity about that, and that all humans beings must be treated with respect and dignity no matter what beliefs they hold.

The very idea of any council or group of leaders leading the whole world, even now leading countries, is sickening.
Don't use this forum to judge my ideology as rare. Most here are leaning towards libertarian/conservative when they have similar ideas.
There are people far more concerned with freedom than 90% of this forum, and it is a trait at the core of humanity, that you can not eliminate. Every human beings feels it, some allow many other factors like greed and sentiment to get in the way of expressing it.
