After watching the video, I gave the RC breakfast a shot and loved it. I used to think grits were sick, but mixed with the eggs and a bit of cheese it hit the spot. Definitely a nice bit of variety.

I love all three of these. I pop the BCAAs and the Glutamine between all meals when I am bulk. Cant do that with the Creatine because there is no benefit after a while but they are great to have on off days when most people forget to take there supplements

I was torn between the multi and that as my first answer. The reason I went with the multi was the many different immune benefits it has, as we have all seen the studies that vitamin C has nothing to do with the immune system. And while it does have a potent anti-oxidant effect, at a high enough dose it can actually cause oxidative stress.
Just my reasons behind posting them in that order. You know, just in case he asks.
