Just read all the threads about him and his training log. All I can say is RIP man, very sad to hear this =( Glad your holding up OP, its hard at first but it gets better. Lost 2 of my bestfriends 2yrs ago in a car accident, miss them everyday but its something you learn to go with and they will always be in your memories. Keep your head up bro and keep pounding the weights!

I couldn't tell you dude, I cant imagine losing a close family member. His sister holds everything inside, but she seems happy around her friends. I f*cking miss him, especially in the gym. But at the same time I'm able to accept what happened and realize that i have to move on. I wish I could have convinced him not to train like Dorian Yates, but that's just how intense he was :P.

This is sad even though I didn't know the dude, I almost had a similar experience. At the bottom of my squat I think I held my breath and the left side of my head started beating. I researched it and if it were any worse it could have resulted in sudden death. I found out later I have high blood pressure and I went to the doc recently and everything is fine with my lifestyle but they have to check if it's a result of secondary hypertension, which is like a tumor or something.
Point is...everybody get your BP checked I would have never guessed mine was high because I eat very healthy and exercise. If your BP is high already and it gets high in the gym your head can get seriously screwed up and maybe even lead to death. So be careful.

RIP. Even though I didn't know him, the guy had a lot going for him.
It makes me really sad when we lose someone like him from society. He would have made this world a better place.
I hope he inspires you guys to do better everyday and live life to it's fullest.
I know he's inspired me.

actually.. that's good. if you could have done something about it and he still died than you would be even more angry and probably would have killed whoever was with him...

Meh, I'd rather be scared and find out it was a waste of time than risk not check my BP and having something happen.

I'm not too active on the boards, so I never knew him but he definitely knew what he was doing and it's always sad to lose someone. May he rest in peace.
