Your body was in a rest state for 10 hours you expect to just be able to spring to life the second you wake up?

Mine is caused by allergies, you could try taking something before you go to sleep that lasts 24 hours.

Could be alot of things. Dehydration, poor sleeping positions, uneven sleep routine, sleep apnea (although start worrying when you wake up with headaches alot).
Usually im like a dead man when i initially open my eyes to the sound of my alarm but once i get out of bed and start making my protein shake, its like i go from 20% efficiency to 90% in an instant. lol
Must be my strict routine because i have been getting up 530-6 for an average of like 8 years now lol

Not sure if srs.
A person cant tell if he/she is suffering from sleep apnea until you notice the symptoms FROM IT, meaning you are already suffering from it.
You would have to have a person watch you as you sleep, or go to the doctor.

this always blows my mind. I wonder what life would be like if your body could just get going as soon as you wake up and nobody is tired in the morning etc.
