APA record deadlift at 220 raw!
Scott Reid Turns in Big Performance
Saturday, Scott Reid (220) turned in a 1,775 pound raw total at the APA Irontoberfest in Hartford Alabama. That gives Reid the second spot on the Lifter Rankings, only five pounds behind Jesse Kellum.
Reid's big performance included a 675 pound squat, 400 pound bench press and 700 pound deadlift.
I was one of the judges at this meet. Th elift was very strong, and has more in him....Video coming soon!

Damn Layne, you got some work to do!
That is a huge total for 220. Does APA allow knee wraps for squat? 675 is huge

yes they do allow knee wraps and Scott's a freak. I may be able to break 700 lb deadlift. But I don't know if I'll ever sniff 675 on squat LOL that is crazy

675 is freaky strong for 220. I'm hoping for 600 by USAPL Raw Nationals next year and I thought that was a lot. Ha!

Guys, Scott is doing the APA Raw Nationals in April, and might to the RUM.......You can expect to see mid 1800's from him very soon......that's how much I think he has left! He will be coming to train with us, and I'll video a few of his lifts.
