Probably the case. Its not an arm workout, but sometimes on a heavy ass pull someone might bend there arms, transferring the static load to the bis. At 700 lbs this will rip bis.

Bench is very big, everything else sucks. Back in middle school, thats pretty much all the coaches had us doing, didn't even squat until late highschool, and deadlifting a year ago. I'll admit its poor form, and has been stalled for weeks. Theres some guys here alot smaller than me doing 315 no problemo in the manlet sea

I'll put a video up in this thread before long for some form help and stuff. Just need a good camera with a recorder, as for benchmax I assume it hasn't changed, still doing clean 3 sets of 5 reps with 240. Incline however....is awful

I'll assume your ego bench (flat) bench 1RM max is around 285.
