Did the pre-workout meal/supps help with the great chest/tri workout? My buddy here at work now swears on this supp called White Flood. He takes purple wrath or something like that after workout. 4K is alot of calories. Idk how many calories I ingest each day--no time counting due to all the eating 6-7 meals a day...

White Flood is not a bad product. I m almost done with my tub. Once I m done, I m going back to SP250 and SizeOn.

I am currently taking White Flood actually, but I don't think I respond well to it. I don't get a huge energy boost like 90%+ of others, but I do feel better sustained energy, and I got a pretty amazing pump in my triceps yesterday either due to WF or hitting tri's harder (arms gained 3/4 inch or more after workout, wow strong pump lol). I always eat a meal an hr or 2 before workout.

On the subject of pre-wo supps, my other roommate came back from Texas last week and gave me a thing of Animal Pump to use for our shoulder/bi day and holy ****, the pump from that is insane. It makes you wanna lift your ass off not due to an energy gain (we didn't take the stim pill), but just due to feeling like you're freaking exploding. The pump from that is like 9001x better than WF or anything. Only downside is it's pretty expensive, I think 33.99 for 30 servings.

Man, all this supp experimenting sounds fun. If I am going down that route I will use only 1 and see the results after a couple of weeks. Too many times people stack up on so many supps that it's hard to tell which supp is working and the other not. However, my training and diet is working so good that I had no need yet to supp. One day I will though once I plateau.

I only take whey and creatine mono. Just got curious and decided to try a pre-wo supp hehe.

You guise got the thread moving. Awesome! Looks like everyone is having a great day. I'm very busy with crap,didn't have time to hit the gym. I'm shotting for 4pm workout. Hitting back and triecps today. I cant' wait, hope to have my energy back. So I can put in at least 2miles on treadmiles within 18minutes.

I'm going cold turkey with sports actions. No more getting my juice going with action, until superbowl. But we shall see after my test on the 8th. My life and career will difiniteley change for the better. Even if I don't make it thru the cut this time I think law enforcement will have a room for my somewhere.

Life is about doing what makes you happy. If you follow your heart and pursue your happiness, everything else will take care of itself. If you are only motiveted by money and power, you have a tough road ahead of you. You can get people to fear you most of the time,but you can't get people to respect you when you rule with iron fist.

So follow your heart brothers, and the money will follow. If you follow the money you are putting your happiness at risk. And no, I'm not saying money is the root of all evil. Anbody who tell you money is the root of all evil has never expericence money to its full potenial.

Had it for a few years now. The bone in my joint is sharp, digs into the tendon like a razor. The doctors think I broke it without knowing, and in healing itself there was excess bone growth. He says if I can work through it, ok, but pain and swelling should be a limiting factor and a warning to stop.

I'm not betting tonite either. I lost the game yesterday. The only thing that saved me was the 1st half parlay Saints and over yesterday. That put me up 1.6 units even after the lost od the whole game. I'll keep that till Friday and Boise St. game.

For some reason you remind me of lil Pengwen that used to post here. Maybe its because both of you are small, Chinese, and from Canada lol

No brah. Nobody picked on me for being big, a lot of people picked for being Asian or small.

Growing up in Chi-town, most of my friends were black and puerto rican. Hardly any problems. Of course there were a few black guys that made the slant eye jokes and such, but most conflicts were verbal, and if it came down to blows we would go one on one. But all my black friends had my back if others wanted to join in the fun.

But then I moved to a predominantly white town, and out of the whole town, there was me, 2 black families, a few Indi/Pakistani and 1 Honduran. Most of us stuck together, because the racism the caucasians showed was always physically fighting. We were always outnumbered almost on a daily basis people would star sh*t with us. We would win most, but we did get beat sometimes too. We were always outnumbered, and it was a frequent thing, so the odds weren't always with us.

I say picked on because I was small not because I was small for my age, but only because older kids would start ****. I was doing calculus and trig in 8th grade, so me and this smart Indian kid would have to take a bus to the high school during our 2 block study hall, and do math there. We were the two smallest kids there and we got picked on. But nobody my age or size would ever beat me one on one.
