Pre W/O or Intra W/O
Trying to cut back on the budget, so i'm trying to decide what is more useful in my stash
I personally feel that an intra-w/o supplement is more beneficial with more research behind it, but then again, i've been away from the forums for a while so i dont know whats what anymore.
What would be more beneficial? a pre-w/o or an intra-w/o regardless of bulking or cutting?

Your answer would depend on which pre workout and which intra workout product you are considering and what your goals are.

It also depends on your needs.

both
Look into products such as Xtend or Superpump that can be used as both. Plenty of supps claim they can either be taken pre or intra.

I agree, it's really not a decision that can be made by someone else. For me i can't stand drinking anything but water during my workouts. I would go for a Pre Workout but im a sucker for pre workout drinks ha ha

well personally i feel like if i want energy i can pop a 200mg caffeine pre-w/o.
the intra-w/o product i'm using is Core ABC, pre-w/o would be anything like superpump, maximize, etc.
currently i'm cutting a little bit before the holiday season comes up, so i guess with that in mind, my cardio is a little higher which means additional amino's are probably more useful

so basically what would i be better off purchasing?
2 tubs of Core ABC for ~$125
or
1 tub of Core ABC + 3 tubs of IForce Maximize for ~$150 (i would be using 2scoops maximize per workouts)
