Thanks David! I've done so many different programs throughout the years. I might stick with particular program for 8-12 weeks, maybe longer. But after so many years it get's to the point where I need to keep things fresh, shake things up and my body seems to respond well...so I go with it!
Although I have been using Carlman's leg program for the past 6 weeks. I'm happy to say I've gained another 1/2 inch in my legs which is awesome!

Was wondering if you do most of your work on the incline or decline rahter than the flat?

Hi Yak hope you're doing well! I mix it up between incline and flat. I'm not a fan of decline at all...never felt like I got anything out of it.

Just did this one & it fried me:
Incline Smith Strip Set Pause Presses w/ Ladder Set
Floor DB "Dead" Presses
Leaning Dips
The Smith set was one of the roughest things I've ever done in my short time doing this.

Today was back/shoulders. Overall it was a strong workout. I'm having a problem when I do pullups. The past few times I've done them I have pain that runs down my arm. It starts at the lower part of my delt through the upper part of my bicep. I've changed grip width but it's not helping. I think I'm going to start doing these every other week instead of every week.
Pullups
6, 5 7, 7
HS low rows
140 x 7
160 x 5
140 x 8
150 x 6
HS high grip pulldowns
160 x 6
140 x 8
150 x 6
140 x 8
1 arm seated cable rows
70 x 8
80 x 8
70 x 10
80 x 8
Seated bb overhead press
85 x 8
85 x 8
95 x 6
95 x 6
50 x 20 (just felt like it!)
Front alt db raises
30's x 8
25's x 10
35's x 7
25's x 10
DB rear delts (knee on bench)
25's x 10
25's x 10
30's x 8
30's x 6
Shrugs (from HS flat bench)
230 x 12 x 2
Have a great night!

I make myself a nice cup of black coffee. I sit at my computer and read through everyone's workout journals, while blasting some kind of song from you tube. Something heavy, something that I would listen to at the gym that gets me focused and in the zone.
This usually works for me!

Rows and presses are very impressive Kim!
Electing for sharp pain biweekly instead of weekly is always a good decision! Take care of it.

Better to do something about this now, rather than later.
The change may also help you determine if it's actually the pullups, or something else that's causing the problem.

This is true. The other thing is this only started happening since I've started doing pullups as my 1st exercise. I used to throw my pullups in towards the end of my workouts. So now I'm wondering if I should go back to the old way? Maybe my muscles are used of being warmed up with other exercises first? The only reason I started doing them first was to see if I could do more then I when I save them for the end.
I'll play around and see what happens.

Playing around would be good ...too see if maybe the all-out force with doing the pull-ups last in the workout will correct the issue.
What do you do when you are not working-out?
Are you physical? Are you at a physical job?
My job has me doing a lot of arm work...and sometimes if doing a particular job, it plays a (uncomfortable) part in my training.
Keep on playing!
