I work every muscle twice a week with one day of rest, so there is technically 4 days of rest inbetween each lift. On one day I use more compound exercises like; Over head dumbbell raise, kickers, crazy 8's with the EZ bar. Then on the next ill use more machines and cables; Rope pulldown, over head pull over with rope, and push downs on the machine. That is about it. 4x8 for all with pretty decent weight. I like to feel completely burned out when im done with my workout

no close grip bench? this is the most important tri lift with dips close second.

yeah close grip bench is another i do at the very end of the work out. But i don't do dips
